The people caught in the cross fire

  • This documentry looks at how the tensions between Sikhs and the Indian authorities in the 1980s made many innocent peoples lives miserable.
  • The Punjab police haraased and killed many innocent poeple.
  • Innocent Hindus were killed by the government to provoke angry towards the Sikh Struggle. However some so called Sikh Groups did also kill innocnt Hindus.
  • Criminal organisations took advantage of the time and settled disputes, which mainly resulted in the murder of a whole family including little kids.
